Can your gloves do this?

These look a lot like the gloves I got from the running room way back in the day. The grip is awesome, but having waterproof gloves has proved to be so useful. I can now catch whole Salmon with my hands and I don’t even get wet.

I do however smell like fish, but what else is new.

But really, imagine having a snowball fight and never ever getting cold and wet? Where were these when I was a kid? Jumping in puddles would have taken my childhood antics to a whole new level.

Being the plant guru that I am, I was happy to test out this cool gadget from Pieter Laga called Petal Drops, from Quirky.

It’s a plant inspired product that reinvents the funnel, turning your old containers into green “bottle plants”. There are 4 very useful leaves which catch the rain and provide ample nutrition (far superior than tap water) for your indoor plants.

There is nothing cooler than a gadget that changes colour. That’s why I love these colour changing umbrellas. They use a special ink that becomes transparent when wet, revealing brightly coloured graphics below.

The Dualbrella makes me ask many questions:
