This works great with my MacBok Pro and Sony Handycam. The free software is awesome. Was very exciting to see my videos on my screen. Love it. You just download the software and run it… Plug in the RCA’s. Actually I only use the video one and put the audio straight in to the headphone socket (after changing it to line-in in system preferences), and away you go!

Odds are someone stole your license using a keygen or perhaps they just got lucky! Either way it doesn’t work because someone has registered using your serial. I’d probably let them know that, or try another serial by doing a web search (if they refuse to help).

I purchased the new, Mac OS EasyCap when it came out. I received a DVD with a full version of EasyGlide®. The cover of the DVD has the license number on it, however, it does not work! When I contacted FX (EasyGlide publisher), they tell me “the license I have is STOLEN”! How can the license be “stolen” when it came packaged inside of the EasyCap product, with the full DVD and license number.

EasyGlide’s support is the worst I have ever experienced. They could care less and do not want to help me. Any suggestions?

I bought this POS. It does not work with Mac. The software included does not install properly with Snow Leopard. I have not been able to find a driver for the Mac. When I tried to install on XP, it said that SP2 is required. Well, I have SP3, so why can’t it figure that out??
Do not buy this product!!
