Recently a winner for the Spark Awards, this cool door handle is designed to be removed and double as a flashlight. Not too shabby. Let’s just hope you don’t have kids that forget to put it back and you’re only realizing this after eating Aunt Patties famous cookies and in desperate need of a sit down. If you know what I’m saying.

The LED flashlight illuminated door handle is just a concept, but it works. And to top it off, every time you use the door, energy is generated from turning the handle to charge up the light. It has a low powered running light too so you can always find it in the dark and there’s an on/off switch to save energy.

The Sun Jar is one of coolest night lights we’ve seen. Tiny solar panels inside the lid charge it during the day and make it glow all night. The jar also has a silk coating which makes it feel extra soft to touch. Those little details get this gadget a glowing review.

Another impressive feature of the Sun Jar is it’s ability to fade in and fade out rather than just turn off or on. It’s basically a dimmer switch that replicates a sunset and sunrise. Another great thing to note is the Sun Jar only catches a little bit of sun leaving enough sun for everyone else. And for that fact, I am rather relieved. I am not too sure how I’d feel about holding 1 billion degrees of flaming hot gases in a simple little jar.

When I first got these birdies I was really surprised to see they were old school and actually made out of feathers. It almost feels like you are playing a futuristic game from Tron. I think I’ll get a glowing helmet to complete my ensemble.

I can’t say if any birdies were harmed in the making of these birdies. But I’m guessing they were pigeons. I’m going to assume they died of natural causes.

This keyboard isn’t even a keyboard, well, it is, but it isn’t. It’s a projector that projects a keyboard onto any flat surface and amazingly works just the same as a keyboard – but you don’t have to press any keys. Crazy!

GummiLights. Is it just me or when they are lit they look like they are wearing male thongs? My answer to that question is WHO CARES! They are Gummy Bears! AND THEY LIGHT UP! How cool is that?

Glow Flow Taps are back. Now appropriately named an LED Digital Water Temperature Visualizer Attachment for Water Taps. Nice and short. Thanks Deal Extreme. The original Glow Flow Tap was reviewed by us earlier, but this one is exciting because it’s a bargain.

White Flashlight Keychain 22000mcd is a very tiny super bright keychain. It works just by squeezing it, but also has a tiny little button if you prefer to leave it on without squeezing. It’s not as clear looking when it has the battery inside (see video below), but overall is a very compact flashlight.

Super Bright 7-LED Mini Flashlight (4xLR44) is by far the brightest flashlight I have seen. It’s more powerful than any full sized flashlight I have ever owned. The light is very focused so it really brightens up a room. Is also freaked me out when I put it up to my wrist and the light went right through. Yeah, pretty gross.

These type of things are useful if you need to find something in your purse (if you are girl) like chapstick for example. Hey, you never know when you’ll need a flashlight so its always great to have one handy. And besides, shooting a light in someones eyes never gets old.
