Vat19 releases a pretty neat and expensive idea. A Christmas pop-up photo album. I like it.
I can’t help but think they might create something even greater from this idea, for example if they used this pop-up idea with other photos. Such as playboy photos. Maybe their magazine could release a pop-up issue perhaps? Ah yes, the possibilities. I think we might have something here.

This is so great. Here’s how you make this even more successful:
1. Pretend to be humble like myself and hang a small little stocking on the fireplace this Christmas. This will show people that you aren’t really expecting much.
2. In time people will like you, respect you and for some reason, naturally feel sorry for you. This results in an incremental – feeling sorry to gifts recieved ratio.
3. The trick is to not make the stocking too small as to deter people from thinking you can’t be given anything, you have to give them the illusion that recieving something is possible and will actually make a difference.
4. Presto! Christmas has arrived and all the gifts have come pouring in! And wait, there’s still room! Suckers!

This ambient fireplace appears to be the typical video fireplace that you might find on your local cheap channel during Christmas Day. But at a second glance this DVD fireplace video comes with some impressive options:
Okay, so all that stuff sounds pretty cool, not that impressive afterall, but the one thing that blew my mind, beyond the different styles of fires they had: ghetto fires, and a fire that looks like it was lit by a child (which sucks), they also had something way way way way incredible…
Candles.
Yup. They now have candles that smell like burning wood. That may not sound too appealing but it definitely fills the room and if you add some pine scent, together this might equal Christmas.
The Grinch says it isn’t the who who’s and the frou fou’s that make Christmas, but I say it certainly can’t hurt. Unless you burn your place down.

This nifty little gadget is a memory stick. It comes in 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB and 8 GB, so it’s almost large enough to store my Christmas Wish List. Almost.
Simply push santa’s butt up the chimney and the USB end pops out. Better than a piece of coal, twice as nice as a tumor.
I’m not sure if this is supposed to look like a chimney or a stocking or just a stocking that looks like a chimney. Either way its pretty cool. Hooray for Christmas!
