Mind boggling pencil that’s actually a pen

For some reason, people with pencils always look smarter. I think it has to do with the fact there is so much precise preparation that goes into making a pencil work the way you actually want it to. Personally, I’m too lazy to sharpen and erase so this thing is perfect for me.

Its a pen that looks like a pencil. Basically a pencil poser. But the cool kind. Not like the chicks that dress like dudes.

Oh yah, this also comes with a pretty sweet display case, but doesn’t look like anything you should put a pen or pencil in, further continuing my mind boggling confusion.

Finally, a way cool Wi-Fi digital picture frame

Finally, something that was designed to look good and function the way it should. An 8″ wifi (wireless) digital picture frame totally makes me a happy boy. Now you can easily send your photos to your picture frame through many awesome ways:

  • You get a unique e-mail address that you OR your friends can email all your photos to
  • Email your photos directly to the frame so they are updated automatically
  • Use a memory card: MMC / SD / MS and CF cards
  • Use its built in memory of up to 128mb, it also supports memory cards up to 1GB
  • Connects to wireless 802.11 b/g

What else makes this awesome? Well it looks good. Its nice, its sleek, its black. Its got a great 800 x 600 resolution and oh who wouldn’t love this feature? It can display all your photos from facebook via an RSS feed. Well thats officially ‘genius’.

I have to say I’m hating on one thing, once again its a crappy product that is PC compatible and only works with Windows, however, I plan on making this work with a Mac…somehow.

Also note, this is the UK product being featured in this post, so it will need an adapter for your plug.

USB Chameleon Licks

This little guy fits nicely on a flat screen monitor and works off any spare USB port you have kicking around. He doesn’t change colour but his eyes roll around and his tongue periodically sticks out. Is it just me or do chameleons always look suspicious? I’m not sure if its the fact they are moving really slow or they never can look you straight in the eye. Whatever it is, I don’t trust them.

One of these days I’m going to catch him stealing my jujubes. Ah, who am I kidding. They are pretty tasty, can’t blame him.

Conceptual Pantone Rubik’s Cube, we like

What do you call a Rubik’s cube made out of Pantone Chips? A Rubitone of course. Now we don’t want to get in the habit of posting gadgets that you can’t actually buy, but this is certainly something easy enough for anyone to make so we thought we’d share this gadget with our OneMoreGadget readers.

pantone rubiks cube

Ignacio Pilotto, an industrial designer recently developed this Rubiks Cube / Pantone Chip combination. The goal isn’t to actually align all the colours together, but actually randomly develop interesting colour patterns. I dunno about you, but a puzzle that has no solution is my kind of puzzle. I usually only turn these things about 6 times and put them down anyways.
