Airstash for wireless iPhone storage, not flying mustaches

The Airstash is pretty sweet. And no, it has nothing to do with mustaches. It basically lets you stash all your media onto a portable device which you can read from your iPhone. Imagine a usb stick that works without having to plug it into anything. That’s basically what the Airstash is. But wait, it’s oh so much more.

The Airstash works as a wifi access point, a usb flash drive and a multimedia server. You can actually watch your videos or photos on your iphone wirelessly from your Airstash. Now we’re talking.

We have also included our signature hotty shot with the dirty feet playing with her Airstash, for your enjoyment:

She certainly is enjoying her AirStash, and her dirty feet.

Thanks to Terry, who needs no stash to be cool, for the tip.

From Dragon’s Den to the world, it’s the Kelvin.23

Featured on Dragon’s Den, the Kelvin.23 is basically the Swiss-army knife of home improvement. Their slogan “An entire toolbox in the palm of your hand” is not too far from the truth. Featuring all the bit heads for any screwdriver you may need, check out some of these other features:

• 16 essential screw driver bits
• LED light that shines where you work
• 6ft / 2m tape measure
• Liquid level
• Carbon steel hammering surface
• Alloy magnets to hold loose screws
• Locking screw driver at 90 degrees for extra torque

And if that wasn’t enough, it was loved by the Dragons on Dragon’s Den and this item is also featured by Debbie Travis on the Home and Garden Network.

So, yes, I will give kudos to the idea, and the design of the product. The Do-It-Yourselfer in me really thinks this is the ideal tool for someone that can’t be bothered with a tool set or a tool box. However, the designer in me says the typography of their packaging and sales materials makes me want to take the Kelvin.23 and jab it in my eye.

Just saying.

8. Aviva Sports 14′ Iceberg – $6,000

Inflatable Iceberg

There is nothing finer, nothing sexier than hot chicks on an iceberg. That’s why this 14 foot inflatable iceberg made the list. Complete with a climbing wall, a water slide and a bunch of other junk, this inflatable toy is sure to rock the lake. They also thought ahead and included a pump to inflate it with. Which I’m glad because one time I had to inflate an air mattress and it took me like 2 hours. Eventually I passed out beside it and woke up on my face.

Ricky Schroder eat your heart out. This classic skeetball bowling arcade game is a cool $6,000.00. So in the long run, if you get this you are probably going to save money and stick it to the amusement parks in the process.

Digital Picture Frame with a built-in scanner is pretty sweet

I get a real kick out of this one. This Digital Picture Frame comes complete with a built-in scanner. It works just as easy as feeding bills into a vending machine. Which basically means if you were born in the 40’s you will enjoy this piece of technology a heck of a lot more than trying to do it the regular way.

With the press of a button, photos are instantly converted into 300-dpi jpg images and stored on the unit’s 1 GB internal memory that holds up to 3,000 images. Images are viewed on a bright 8″ TFT LCD panel at 800 x 600 resolution in thumbnails, at full-screen size, or in slideshows that can even be accompanied by your MP3 soundtrack. The frame also displays a picture calendar and clock, plays MPEG videos, and is PictBridge compatible. Two slots allow you to store scanned images onto an MS/SD/xD/MMC/CF memory card or a USB storage device and transfer them to a PC running Windows XP, Vista, 7, or Mac OS X. All functions are easily accessed via buttons or the included remote control. For 1 1/2″ x 2″ to 4″ x 6″ photos. Plugs into AC. 7 1/4″ H x 9″ W x 3 3/4″ D. (2 lbs.)

Most importantly I have to give this product props for being easy. Something easy enough for my dad to use. Which is actually saying something because I still catch him from time to time putting the computer mouse on the screen for some reason.
